Call for applications for the European Group on Ethics

The European Commission has launched a call for membership of the next European Group on Ethics in Science and New Technologies (EGE). The selected 15 candidates will provide, for a term of at least 3 years, independent ethical advice to the highest political levels of the European Union.
The EGE is an independent advisory body representing various disciplines and reporting directly to the President of the European Commission and the College of Commissioners on all relevant aspects of policies and legislation where ethical issues touch science matters and the development of new technologies.
The application is possible until 22 March 2021, 12:00 CET.
