Consulting for small groups
With the small group consultations, KoWi pursues the approach of presenting specific information and advice on EU research funding to a pre-selected group of participants.
Small group consultations are characterised by their interactive nature, allowing sufficient time for questions and discussion. They are also limited in time (e.g. 2 hours for the ERC Excellence Programmes or the Marie Curie Initial Training Networks followed by an offer of individual consultation).
Target groups for this advisory format can be researchers, EU advisors or employees of the financial administration. The pre-selection of participants should be made by the EU officer of the institution, based on indicators agreed with KoWi. To allow for interactive exchange, the number of participants in small group counselling should generally not exceed 20 persons.
