Public-Public-Partnerships ("P2P")

Partnerships between national public bodies are the center of these funding opportunities. In contrast to intergovernmental cooperation, these partnerships include the European Commission. The financing and application procedures are controlled by the Member States in a variable system and are set up on a case-to-case basis.

The actions are divided into three groups:

• ERA-NETs
• Joint Programming Initiatives
• Actions according to article 185 Lisbon Treaty
