New EIC initiative supports access to procurement markets for innovators

SPIN4Access (Strategic Innovation Procurement Programme) is a new initiative by the European Innovation Council (EIC) to support EIC beneficiaries in accessing innovation procurement markets. The aim of the initiative is to help innovators scale their businesses; it also provides dedicated assistance to public and private buyers. 

SPIN4Access provides free courses to EIC beneficiaries through Innovation Procurement Academies, which aims at training them to successfully bid in public and private innovation procurement processes within and outside the EU. The deadline for applications to the first Innovation Procurement Academy is 29 February 2024. 

The new initiative will be launched through an online event on 22 February 2024.
