Call opening for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships 2023

On April 12, 2023 the European Commission opened this year’s call for the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF).

Postdoctoral Fellowships foster individual research projects of scientists in the first eight years after obtaining their doctorate. Within the project, funded researchers gain personal competences through interdisciplinary, international and intersectoral mobility. The EU-wide success rate of the last call was 17.8%. A total budget of EUR 260,471 million is available for the call in 2023: EUR 39,071 million for Global Fellowships and EUR 221,4 million for European Fellowships.

The deadline for proposals for the Call MSCA-PF-2023 is 13 September 2023 (5:00 p.m. Brussels time).

On 25 April, Kowi will host an online info event from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to inform those interested in the Call. A representative of the European Commission from the Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (DG EAC) will introduce the programme and a successful applicant will give valuable insights into practical aspects and tips for successful applications. In addition, KoWi will present tips for drafting a proposal and answer questions via the chat function. The webinar will be held in English.

Furthermore, KoWi provides advice to all questions related to the proposal preparation. We read and provide feedback on all proposals that are sent to us via e-mail at least three weeks before the official deadline.
