Registration for 34th KoWi Annual Conference, 13-15 June in Rostock

From June 13 to 15, 2023, the 34th KoWi Annual Conference will take place in cooperation with the University of Rostock. Our annual conference is a well-established forum for the exchange of information and experiences on current issues and developments in EU research and innovation funding. 

Registration is now open at our event website, where you can also find the preliminary event program. Please note that major parts of our conference will be held in German.

The conference venue is the main building of the University of Rostock. An informal get-together will be organised in the evening of 13 June on the "Rostocker 7" boat. On 14 June, the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is hosting an evening reception at the Nikolaikirche in Rostock.

To support the hosting university in organising the conference, a participation fee of 115 euros will be charged to partially cover the event costs. For registrations by 6 April 2023, an early-bird rate of 75 Euros is offered. Places for the informal get-together (additional fee of 30 euros), the evening reception and the conference are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 

We recommend that all conference participants book their hotel accommodation in Rostock well in advance. You can find a list of hotels near the conference venue on our website.
