Cooperation with Russia on R&I suspended

Following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the European Commission has decided to suspend cooperation with Russian entities in research and innovation. The Commission will not conclude any new contracts or agreements with Russian organizations under Horizon Europe and will suspend payments to Russian entities under existing contracts. All ongoing projects with Russian research institutions under Horizon Europe and Horizon 2020 are currently under review.
