Consortium agreement
Within the 6th Research Framework Programme (FP6) the European Commission has granted consortia a larger flexibility in the project management and hence has transferred a large part of the responsibility to the individual project partners. With FP7 this trend continues. For the consortia and particularly the project coordinators this means beside more flexibility also higher requirements concerning project management.
