Participation
Project proposals can only be made following calls for proposals, which are published in the Official Journal of the European Union as well as on the Participant portal.
Usually at least three independent legal entities from at least three different EU Member States or Associated Countries need to join in a project consortium.
The specific rules of participation, which may differ from this general rule, are defined in the annual work programme and the individual calls respectively.
