Revamp of the EU Funding & Tenders Portal

Since 18 March, 1.5 mio. users have access to the redesigned EU Funding & Tenders Portal of the European Commission. The improvements are aimed at better reaching the various target groups such as applicants, beneficiaries or experts with the relevant information.

The first wave of changes includes a new start page with seperated sections for proposals and tenders and simplified filtering of the different EU programmes. The "News" and "Events" sections, together with a new "Highlights" section, are more prominent and aim to provide better coverage of funding related content. The search for calls for proposals, EU-funded projects, partners and FAQs is structured differently. With the help of AI, it is possible to select relevant calls beyond the exact search term. Additionally, logged-in users can view personal recommendations for forthcoming calls.
