Is it possible to apply for a part-time secretary position for the project management?
In principle, it is possible to finance these positions via the ERC-grant. Usually administrative and secretarial assistance is covered by the overheads.
However, when the secretary work can be related directly and exclusively to the project, and if this is in line with the host institution’s usual management and accounting practices, the costs can be considered as direct costs.
