Promotion of Young Researchers

Research abroad is an essential part of a scientist's career. The funding schemes of the European Commission provide a wide range of possibilities with regard to reseachers' mobility: The "Marie Curie Actions" offer support and funding for junior researchers from university graduates and doctoral students to postdocs on a European and international level.

KoWi provides information and advice on PhD and postdoctoral (funding) programmes of the ‎European Union. KoWi also organizes information events on the spot. In addition, KoWi’s ‎‎"Active Information Service" (AiD) informs about vacancies for young researchers. ‎

KoWi does not have any financial means to support young researchers but provides ‎information and advice on the European programmes for young researchers. ‎
