KoWi Annual Conference 2024 in Munich

The 35th KoWi Annual Conference on EU Research and Innovation Funding will take place from 04 to 05 June 2024 in cooperation with the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and the Technical University of Munich. The annual conference offers around 350 participants a forum for the exchange of information and experience on EU research and innovation funding under Horizon Europe.

The conference venues are the Aula of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and the Audimax of the Technical University of Munich. On the evening before the conference, 04 June 2024, an informal get-together will take place in the Max Emanuel Brewery. On 05 June 2024, the Bavarian State Ministry for Science and Art invites you to an evening reception at the Pinakothek der Moderne.

You can register online for the KoWi Annual Conference in Munich from 10 April 2024. Places are limited and will be allocated according to the receipt of registrations. 

The participation fee for the conference is 115 EUR. For the optional booking of the social programme, a fee of 30 EUR will be charged for the Informal Get-together.

We recommend all interested parties to make early arrangements for accommodation. KoWi is able to call for hotel contingents this year. Besides, you will find a list of possible hotels on our website.
