After around 3 years of experience with FP7 projects DESCA developed an electronic questionnaire to consult stakeholders and invite them to give their opinion on how the DESCA model works in practice and whether improvements are needed.

The aim of this questionnaire is to listen to your real-world experience and to collect lessons learnt on the general approach and the specific articles of DESCA 2.0. Your answers to the questionnaire and your possible suggestions for modifications and/or amendments will help us to improve the current model DESCA 2.0, if necessary.

Background

The conclusion of a consortium agreement has been made mandatory within all FP7 Cooperation projects. Therefore, representatives from industry, research institutes and universities have developed a model consortium agreement called DESCA in order to facilitate the execution of FP7 projects.

The electronic questionnaire will be open until 12 August 2010.
