As a central platform in Brussels especially for universities and institutions of higher education, KoWi offers on-site comprehensive training packages for further job training of EU liaison officers and project managers. Candidates in this programme will become an active part of the KoWi team in Brussels for a period of at least 6 months and up to 2 years.

Within this framework candidates can gain or deepen professional experience in all areas of EU research funding; this not only includes an insight to KoWi’s procedures, consulting formats and working methods, but also an introduction to Brussels’ networks with national and European individuals and institutions (the European Commission in particular). The candidates’ range of functions and responsibilities during the visit will be discussed in detail with the institution and the candidate himself/herself. A well-planned preparation in terms of contents and administrative issues is essential for the programme’s success.
