Projects that are managed by DG Information Society and Media will have to use the Negotiation Form Facility (NEF) for all reporting including the financial reports and for amendments. A prerequisite for access is, in accordance to contract negotiations, an ECAS Account to be able to log on to the participant portal. 

Similar to the procedure appliccable to contract negotiations via NEF, the responsible project officer will start a NEF-Session at the end of each reporting period or if otherwise required (e.g. for amendments). The coordinator will then be able to provide access rights to the project partners as well, if necessary (e.g. to fill in Form C). The session will be closed when all requested documents have been submitted and approved.
